Cancellations

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placement by sending an email to
Bayside Customer Service.

Please place "Cancel Order" or "Change Order" and your order number in the subject line field. If you are canceling your order, you can either receive a credit towards a future purchase or we will refund your card. Please let us know what you would prefer.

Shipping

Retail orders are shipped within 7 - 14 days of placement, by all particiapants. Shipping may take between one and five days, depending on your location. We typically select the most efficient delivery to your destination. Bayside currently uses FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service. If you have ordered more than one item, the products you ordered may be shipped separately. You will receive a confirmation email when each product in your order has shipped. Rush shipping is available for additional fees.

Returns/Exchanges

Bayside offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy.

Custom orders are not returnable unless items are damaged.

To return a damaged item, please contact Bayside customer service for instructions.

Presale products, clearance items, and other select goods such as tickets are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
