from You in order for BAYSIDE APPAREL to respond to
a request for information about a product/service or

registration process, BAYSIDE APPAREL will collect personal
data to record the identity of each distributor or prospective
distributor, as the case may be, as well as each authorized
employee of such customer to whom a login and password

company name, address, e-mail address, phone and fax
numbers, and other similar information. In addition,
Distributors, as defined in the Terms and Conditions
of Use, are required to complete an Online Ordering
Agreement in which banking or other financial information
associated with the extension of credit may be collected
by BAYSIDE APPAREL.
Before any of the above-noted data
are collected, You will be told the purpose for which
the data will be used and have the choice of whether
to provide such data to BAYSIDE APPAREL. If such information
is required, however, and if You decide not to provide
such information, You will not be able to fully use
the features of the Site.
This Site does not use "cookie"
technology, but does log IP addresses and browser information
for purposes of system administration, identifying technical
difficulties, evaluating traffic patterns and usage
of this Site, and otherwise providing content relevant
to visitors to this Site.
